Private Client Culture

Private Client Culture in the heart of Europe: D - AT - NL.

"OUR SLOGAN (NEW GERMAN "CLAIM") USES THESE THREE WORDS TO DESCRIBE EVERYTHING THAT MAKES US SPECIAL."

PRIVATE CLIENT

We have deliberately specialised exclusively in advising entrepreneurs and private individuals in their business and personal environment. Of course, this applies not only to our cross-border advice, but also to our dedicated and tenacious representation in the event of conflict before courts, authorities and in out-of-court dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).

CULTURE describes our spirit of earning the trust of our clients in the long term. But it also means our internal classic-modern law firm culture of genuine entrepreneurial advisors. This ensures that the client can rely on meeting an experienced advisor who has at least ten years of professional experience and has built up his craft solidly, mostly with a doctorate and university teaching.

CULTURE

Last but not least, CULTURE naturally also expresses our shared passion for art and culture. We are the first law firm in German-speaking Europe to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation for art and culture in the heart of Europe, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

From the beginning, THEMIS has focused its legal work on private clients (committed and wealthy individuals) and entrepreneurs in all their realities.

Our clients' involvement ranges from their entrepreneurial commitment as company owners or shareholders to their private passions for art and culture and/or their charitable work in all its forms. Likewise, we represent corporations, (non-profit) companies, public authorities and institutions within the scope of our advisory focus.

Our advisory services are holistic and exclusively tailored to the needs of and in family businesses and their owners as well as private clients. We accompany our clients throughout the whole of German-speaking Europe (with local offices) and beyond. We see ourselves as an interface and mediator for our clients between their entrepreneurial and private spheres of life.

The culture of our law firm is one thing above all: personal. We take time for your concerns. After all, size is not a question of quantity, but of quality, both professionally and personally.

This is our daily aspiration as part of our commitment to our clients throughout German-speaking Europe.
