In the CICERO of 25 January 2021, Dr Hartung, referring to the current #helfenschatz debate, criticises the inactivity of the legislator with regard to looted art and calls for a #looted Art Act and the creation of a # Special Chamber for looted art. Germany must finally come to terms with its dark past in a complete, fair and just manner.
