In addition to his focus on copyright media law, von Reden-Lütcken also specialises in advising on criminal law issues and compliance in the capital market. He has been a lawyer for 20 years and has worked for Thomsen Partner and the former law firm Eggers Malmendier, among others. In addition to von Reden-Lütcken, another counsel advises Themis from Berlin. In the capital, the law firm is known, among other things, for its contact with the German Actors' Association.
Founding partner and name partner Dr Hannes Hartung has built up his nationwide advisory business in art and cultural property law from Munich, where he has advised artists, auction houses and collectors for many years. At its main office, the firm has also recently grown with two associates to a total of five professionals. In addition to Hartung, Maria Markatou also advises at partner level. (Martin Ströder)
