Lawyer (m/f/d).

A permanent part-time position for 2-3 days a week is offered, very much in parallel with a doctorate. The openings of our GalerieKanzlei, where we regularly show good art, are very popular.

Due to our mandates, previous knowledge and experience in art law, inheritance law, copyright and media law, possibly also in foundation law, and in any case a good command of written and spoken English are desirable. We welcome applications with a predicate examination if possible.

You can expect an exciting job with interesting and challenging mandates in a good and collegial atmosphere in our very representative GalerieKanzlei at Platzl 5 in the heart of Munich.

In addition to a beautiful lawyer's room of our own in a former art gallery -move-in by arrangement- we offer surplus mandates if required, which is certainly a good help on the way to independence.

Therefore, it would be good if you come from inheritance law, tax law, industrial property law, labour law, real estate law, monument protection law or copyright media law.The rent is really moderate (1200 EUR).

At THEMIS we have been regularly training Legal trainees (m/f) at Art law, cultural law, copyright law and in the area of private clients (Inheritance Law, Foundation Law) in our gallery law firm in the Kunstareal Munich during the legal internship or elective internship.

Please note that due to the high professional requirements, we are generally unable to offer internships (especially for law students). The earliest time to work for us is after the written first state examination. Thank you for your understanding.
